No. We can work with executors, family members, property owners, and other authorized representatives. We’ll confirm who has authority to approve decisions and access the property before proceeding.
Timing varies with the property size, amount of contents, sorting decisions, and scheduling. After learning about the project, we’ll outline the expected steps and timing with you.
We assess items individually and by group. Depending on their condition, demand, and resale potential, we may purchase selected furnishings and belongings; purchasing every item in an estate is not guaranteed.
With your direction, suitable items may be donated, reused, recycled, or otherwise responsibly diverted. We’ll discuss the available options for the items that are not selected for resale.
Yes. With your permission, we can coordinate practical details and scheduling with your notary, real estate agent, or other professional involved in the property.
